I brought my car in for the brake fluid change and for a rattle that occurred when going over bumps. The charge, per hour, to find the problem was rather expensive and considering it took 2 hours, a little eye watering.

Didnt find fault. No confidence in car. Gave poor excuse of a possible air lock but car has no symptoms of air lock. Its loosing coolant on 250 mile journey.

To return a car that has been there for 3 days, had a service and paid over £500, and have 4 warnings on the car as soon as I switch it on is disappointing. The professionalism displayed was appalling. Nobody cared. And car returned in unsafe state

Car got damaged during service but wasnt picked up until my car was empty of engine oil, they did repair the damage but somehow my car came back with extra things wrong with it than before, they did book me a taxi to and from work though.
