I had to cancel my morning collection as I had a dentist app I'd forgotten about. I phoned up to cancel and arranged to drop the vehicle off. The message didn't get through to the driver who still came to pick my car up.

Very satisfied with the service at Lloyd Newcastle-professional and efficient. However, my dashcam was removed and left carelessly on the backseat instead of being reattached, which was disappointing and could have been handled with more care.

I would have bee100% satisfied if they had reconnected my dash cam after the service. It is now still disconnected and I will have to drive to the BMW service centre to get it reconnected.

While the car was returned in working order, contacts from the service desk did not always paint a consistent picture of what was wrong and estimates of when my car would be returned were very vague.

Communication is generally excellent. Call out to Danni who calls daily with updates and takes good notes of anything that is unusual. Paint shop call out to Patrick who is very personable, knowledgeable and reliable. High standard - thanks.

One star deducted because of shortage of parking space when I arrived on site. It was my first visit, so unsure if I could double park, if there was a further car park. Other than that, all staff helpful, polite and friendly

I was greeted by a lovely lady called Fern, in turn she directed me to my service advisor Lee Blades, great touch. Lee Blades was fantastic, as he talked me through my tyre replacement process.
