The centre is really well kept and is great, with everyone super friendly. Also having relevant cars on display in the showroom was great, along with the configurator which helped me decide on spec.

Because of the problems after a major service and the way those problems were dealt with. A warning light was lit up when I got home (a sensor had not be plugged back in) and it took 1 hour and a quater to deal with it when I returned my car.

Very grateful for the tyre being replaced as a courtesy when a bolt was discovered while in for a fault. Suspect this occurred at the breakdown recovery company yard but the gesture was very much appreciated

Received a text to say car was ready to collect. Arrived to collect some 40mins later, and car was mid-valet, clearly not ready. Having an autistic daughter with me, this made it very difficult and I had to leave with the car half valeted.

Bit didappointed that there wastroublr getting corect parts but success in end. The car has been returned todsy but i am not allowed to cdrive for 2 weeks after operation 2 days ago
